Shipping Policy
- We provide free shipping all over New Zealand on orders over $100 for jewellery items and free shipping on orders over $150 for other items (jutti, clutch bags and clothing items).
- If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, we charge $10 flat shipping on orders all over New Zealand irrespective of the size of parcel.
- After receiving the order our handling time is 1 to 3 business days depending how busy we are running.
- Once your order is despatched you will get the tracking number via email/phone. We do express shipping of all our orders which may take 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to get delivered depending on the courier service and your location. Any delivery to rural areas or any other remote area may take some extra days than normal delivery timeframe.
- Please note courier is a third party agent whose service we are using to get the parcel delivered, we don't have any control over the working of courier company. There could be potential delay in the delivery of parcel due to unpredictable circumstances.
