1. You can place the order through our website or any of our social media by connecting with us through DM or whatsapp 0064 221728082. Please send us the picture of item that you want to buy or enquire, we will revert back to you. We do have a physical jewellery studio so you can visit us in store as well for shopping. We would love to have you in our store.
2. When visiting in store make sure you book your visit in advance atleast a day before coming. You can book your visit between 10.30AM to 8PM. We are based in POKENO, AUCKLAND.
3. Our prices are fixed so there is no room for negotiations and bargains. Please pay attention to this specially at the time of visit in store.
4. We solely work on a NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN POLICY. All our sales are final so we don't accept any returns or offer any exchange in case of a change of mind. We truly want you to love your purchase and be proud of what you have chosen. So, please choose your products wisely.
5. We don't hold anything without payment. If you want to buy something please be ready to make the payment immediately.

7. To claim any damage to products during transit, must provide a 360 degree parcel opening video. From the starting point of video the parcel must be packed and sealed from all sides before you open it in the video. Please report any damage to products along with parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Any report of damage after 24 hours will not be admitted for any refund or exchange.
8. When shopping personally in our jewellery studio make sure you check all the products bought thorougly before leaving the place as once it's sold and out from the shop we don't take any responsibility for any damage caused to the product.
9. For handling and care of jewellery, accessory or any other product please read the CARE INSTRUCTIONS mentioned in detail with each product listed on website.
10. Any product which is size based, make sure you choose the correct size while ordering the product as we will be not responsible later on for the size choosen if it doesn't fit you. 11. Any item which is on pre-order basis, you will have to pay full payment in advance for that order. We will advise you the estimated time of delivery of that product. In case you cancel your order due to any reason the advance payment made will be non refundable.
12. To claim the free shipping on two different orders placed make sure you place the second order within 30 days of placing the first order.
13. We do provide the option of pick up of your order if you don't want to get it shipped. Please make sure you give us enough notice before coming for pick up.
14. Any paid orders must be picked up or get shipped within 45 days of placing order. If not, it will be cancelled and money will be non-refundable. The items of that order will go back on shelf for sale. If you can't pick your order due to any reason make sure you notify us on time.
